Jeffrey Epstein to Peter Thiel, June 14, 2014: “I keep hearing your argument that this was all intentional. If you imagine that Obama really wanted chaos—Iran, Iraq, Libya, Syria, Palestine—then we would have to admit that this strategy was brilliantly executed.”
The “Scandal” of Purity Dear brothers and sisters, we could say that, at the beginning of the third millennium, the “scandal of the cross” of which Saint Paul speaks about (cf. 1 Cor 1:22) is particularly embodied in the scandal of “purity.” In this world, which, as Benedict XVI warned, is “poisoned by a devastating moral contamination,” none of the beatitudes proclaimed by Jesus, such as that of purity: “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God!” (Mt 5:8), is considered not only irrelevant, but utterly incomprehensible. In fact, it seems to us that it is a scandal not only for the world but also for many believers: - that anyone still believes that adherence to God implies “being delivered from the power of darkness and transferred to the kingdom of the Son of God” (cf. Col 1:13-14) and a journey toward a new life. (Rom 6:4) - that a living Christian faith involves “seeking what pleases God and not participating in the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather openly …More

Actually Pope Leo [if legit ] is the only one who can practice the "ordinary magisterium" NOT any collaborators like heads of Vatican dicasteries. We were assured of this in the 80s-90s who were quick to point out Cardinal Ratzinger was NOT the highest authority, but John Paul II was.

In 1973, eight perfectly healthy people walked into psychiatric hospitals across the United States. None of them were ill. No one inside realized it. This was not an accident. It was an experiment designed by psychologist David Rosenhan to answer a disturbing question. Can professionals reliably tell the difference between mental health and mental illness? To find out, Rosenhan recruited eight ordinary people. A painter. A housewife. A pediatrician. A graduate student. They lied about only one thing. They said they heard voices. Just three words. “Empty.” “Hollow.” “Thud.” That was enough. All eight were admitted. The moment they entered the hospitals, they stopped pretending. They behaved normally. They cooperated. They asked to be discharged. It never worked. Every normal action was reinterpreted as a symptom. Writing notes became obsessive behavior. Waiting quietly became pathological attention seeking. Politeness became controlled behavior consistent with illness. Seven were …More
