How can Cardinal Arthur Roche canonically hold his office as Prefect of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Sacraments and offer Holy Mass, when there are so many impediments visible in his public life ?
We have a new discovery. It changes the way we look at Vatican Council II.
The discovery is of :1. A Rational and Irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II of Vatican Council II.2. A Rational and Irrational Interpretation of Tradition, Feeneyite and Cushingite.3. There are graphics which show that the hypothetical (red) passages in Vatican Council II do not contradict the orthodox (blue) passages in the Council-text.
So there are new canonical issues.
How can Cardinal Arthur Roche, the Prefect of the Dicastery for Divine Worship and the Sacraments offer Holy Mass when he does not interpret rationally the Athanasius Creed, with no exceptions. He cannot affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus of the Council of Florence 1442, with no exceptions. He does not affirm the baptism of desire (LG 14) and being saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16) rationally and so has a different version of the Nicene and Apostles Creed.
THEOLOGY
How can he teach theology or give the mandatum to priests and professors to teach theology at the Benedictine University of St. Anselm in Rome ?. He interprets LG 8, 14, 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc in Vatican Council II as being explicit exceptions for the dogma extra ecclesia nulla salus of the Council of Florence 1442 ? The discovery now is that LG 8 etc refer to invisible and hypothetical cases in 2026.
OFFICE OF PREFECT
He is a modernist when he interprets Vatican Council II irrationally and dishonestly to produce a liberal and non traditional conclusion. So his Oath as a Bishop is meaningless.
COLLEGIALITY
For him there is collegiality with ecclesiastics who interpret Magisterial Documents dishonestly. There is no collegiality with those Catholics who choose the rational and honest option, in the interpretation of Magisterial Documents (Creeds etc).
NEW ECUMENISM TABOO
Based upon the irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II he follows the new ecumenism which rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, with alleged visible exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II. This is dishonesty.
INTER-RELIGIOIUS DIALOGUE
For those of us who affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, with no exceptions mentioned in the text of Vatican Council II, inter-religious dialogue is part of traditional ecclesiocentric dialogue. It is part of traditional ecclesiocentric mission and outreach. It is the sharing of the one true, faith. It is not so with Cardinal Roche. He rejects Vatican Council II and the Catechism and the faith teachings. They are not ecclesiocentric for him.
ECCLESIA DEI COMMUNITIES:
The Superiors of the Ecclesia Dei communities are approved by the Dicastery for Divine Worship, when they interpret Vatican Council II irrationally and politically just like Cardinal Roche.
LATIN MASS:
He has not clarified that the exclusivist ecclesiology of Vatican Council II rational ( AG 7 not contradicted by LG 16) is in harmony with the 16th century Roman Missal ( Feeneyite) at the Latin Mass and not the Mass of Pope Paul VI( Cushingite) at Novus Ordo Mass. The Novus Ordo Mass has to be updated to include Vatican Council II rational and the Athanasius Creed interpreted rationally.
EWTN MASS
EWTN television’s Holy Mass is offered by priests and bishops and cardinals, who do not affirm the Athanasius Creed with no exceptions, the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, with no known exceptions, the Nicene Creed, with one known baptism and not three. The Apostles Creed in which the Holy Spirit teaches the Catholic Church today that outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation from Hell. EWTN is in schism with the Church Fathers and this is approved by Cardinal Roche and the Dicastery.
SOHO MASS
With Vatican Council II rational there is no change in traditional faith, morals, salvation theology, exclusivist ecclesiology, ecclesiocentric mission... There is also a Mass for active homosexuals in London approved by the Dicastery. LGBT sexual acts are mortal sins of morals. That Cardinal Roche is in schism is a mortal sin of faith.
PACHAMAMA WORSHIP
Since Vatican Council II ( AG 7) says outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation and implicit and hypothetical cases are not objective exceptions for Ad Gentes 7 or the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, Catholics cannot participate in non Catholic worship or prayers.
Cardinal Roche’s work for the Church is appreciated. I have restricted this report to doctrine only. Changing the interpretation of the Creed; changing its understanding, is a first class heresy in the hierarchy of truths ( Ad Tuendem Fidem).
