Russia has avoided these places until recently when the US and west started to kill many children and civilians inside of Russia. Everyday I watch as they bomb mostly children. They have taken Russia as weak because she held back for so long. But Ukraine has gotten much worse now. The debris is what causes damage to the surrounding civilians. The Russians are spot on with their attacks and their aim is perfect when they go after buildings storing the ammo and weapons.
