What still feels new to the Vatican II generation, he observed, looks like a bygone era to young Catholics, who are searching for something timeless.

1. The Church has unity. Not "more or less" but unity (of Faith and worship) as the basis/basic characteristics. If there is no such unity, well, you should search for the Church in another place. 2.
